- Career information: work experience, education, skills, achievements, and other content you add to My Experience.
- Usage analytics: anonymous, aggregated data about how you interact with the application (page views, feature usage).
3. How we use your data
- To provide and maintain the SuperCV service.
- To generate tailored CVs and AI-powered suggestions based on your career data.
- To improve the product through aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
- To communicate with you about your account or service updates.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party providers to operate SuperCV:
- Supabase -- authentication and database hosting. Your data is stored securely with row-level security policies.
- Vercel -- application hosting and delivery.
- OpenAI / Anthropic -- AI features such as CV matching and interview practice. Your career data may be sent to these providers to generate suggestions. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
5. Cookies
SuperCV uses minimal cookies. We only set cookies required for authentication sessions. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data at any time through your account settings.
- Export your data in a portable format (PDF export, JSON export).
- Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us or through your account settings.
7. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
