4. AI features disclaimer

SuperCV includes AI-powered features such as CV matching, content suggestions, and interview practice. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated output.

5. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to SuperCV, including your career history, achievements, and CV data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Service availability

SuperCV is an independently operated project. We strive to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperCV and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
